Cancelling
We understand that emergencies happen but if you know you are going to miss an appointment, please let us know within 24 hours of your appointment time.
No-Shows/ Late arrival
If you are going to be more than 15 minutes late for your appointment we will try our best to fit you in that day, otherwise you will have to reschedule it for another day but with a $20 rebooking fee.
If you are a no-show or do not cancel with us within 24 hrs, there will be a $20 additional fee added to your next appointment. Two no-shows and you may not rebook. All new bookings must pay a $25 non-refundable booking fee that will be applied to your total grooming bill when you check out.
If you are a no-show and no-call on your very first appointment, you will not be able to book again.
Rebooking and Holidays
If you miss or no-show for TWO appointments without prior notification (within 24 hours), you will be not be able to reschedule.
During major holidays, you will be required to prepay for your groom with no refunds if you cancel.
Here's why...
We are a small business and we depend on clients showing up on time to their appointments. When someone does not show up for their appointment and it is too late for us to fill that spot, we are literally out that money for that day.
